Joining your team’s workspace, and what to check when an invite doesn’t take you there.

An invitation link isn’t working. Invitations are tied to a specific email address. Make sure you’re signed in with the email the invitation was sent to, or ask whoever invited you to resend it to the address you use.

You’re signed in with the wrong account. Sign out and sign back in with the correct email, then open the invitation link again.

The invitation has expired or been revoked. Invitation links don’t last forever. Ask whoever invited you to send a new one.
