What Arcla asks macOS for, and how to change it later.

What Arcla asks for, and why. Recording a call needs the microphone (your side of the conversation) and screen & system audio recording (the other side). macOS asks for each the first time it’s needed, and you can change either at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

Arcla doesn’t appear in the Screen Recording list. macOS can take a few seconds to add newly installed apps to that list. Close System Settings, reopen it, and check Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording again.

You denied a permission and want to grant it now. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, turn Arcla on under Microphone and Screen & System Audio Recording, then quit Arcla from the menu-bar icon and reopen it.
